The Children’s Ministry at Faith Wesleyan Church assists parents with providing spiritual formation for their children from birth through fourth grade. We endeavor to provide a safe and caring environment for children to learn and grow in their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. We consider it a blessing to work with families by encouraging them and supplying Scripture-filled resources that provide a foundation for spiritual growth. We look forward to seeing how God will empower you, parents and children, with the strength and determination to know, love and serve Him.

The following is a list of the various ministry opportunities offered for infants and children.

Infant Nursery Room: Available to parents to care for the needs of their little ones (infants - 1 year) during the 9:00 Sunday morning service.

Staffed Infant Nursery - Available during the 10:30 Sunday morning service.

"Movers and Shakers" Toddler Nursery: ages 1 & 2

Clubhouse Friends Preschool Class: ages 3 & 4

252 Sherman & Tucker Kids: 5 years old - 4th grade

Children's Security

We have trained, approved, background checked volunteers, that register children ages infant through 4th graders on Sunday mornings at our children's check in station located in the children's ministry area. During the entirety of the services, we have trained and approved volunteers that monitor the children’s ministry area. We take very seriously the call of caring for the children placed in our care whenever we have services or events planned. As a first-time guest, you will be welcomed, given an informational sheet to fill out regarding parent/guardian contact information and child’s information including any allergies we need to be aware of.

Each child is provided a name tag sticker that they wear and the other portion of the tag remains with the parent/guardian where the codes match parent to child for safety in dismissing children back into parent/guardian care. If an infant/toddler is registered, they will be given a pager so that if a parent is needed during the services, they can know to return to the children’s ministry area.
